Add up what your regular clients bring in each month. Enter how many clients you have on each schedule and what they pay per visit. You get visits per month, monthly recurring revenue and a yearly figure. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

The boxes start with a worked example. These are not suggested or typical prices; type in your own rates and times.

Visits per month use 52 weeks ÷ 12 months, so a weekly client is 4.33 visits a month, not 4. Use the average price per visit for each schedule. One-off jobs are not recurring revenue, so leave them out.

How it works

Visits per month: weekly = clients × 52 ÷ 12, every 2 weeks = clients × 26 ÷ 12, every 4 weeks = clients × 13 ÷ 12, monthly = clients × 1. Monthly recurring revenue = visits per month × price per visit, added up. Yearly = monthly × 12.

Worked example (the values above): 6 weekly clients at $140 make 26.0 visits and $3,640.00 a month; 10 clients every 2 weeks at $160 make 21.7 visits and $3,466.67; 4 clients every 4 weeks at $180 make 4.3 visits and $780.00; 3 monthly clients at $200 make 3.0 visits and $600.00. That is 23 clients, 55.0 visits and $8,486.67 of monthly recurring revenue, $101,840.00 a year, or $154.30 per visit on average.
